Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access or use the Platform on behalf of a business, organisation or venue, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
 

Use of the Platform

TecSpec provides software and digital services enabling users to create, manage and share live music technical specifications, stage plots, setlists and related event information. We may update, improve, modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
 

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out using your account. You agree to notify TecSpec immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, upload false or misleading information, interfere with the operation or security of the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or accounts, upload malicious software or harmful code, or copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Platform except where permitted by law. TecSpec reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
 

User Content

You retain ownership of any technical specifications, stage plots, setlists, notes or other content you upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant TecSpec a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining and improving the Platform. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such content.
 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, website, mobile application, branding, designs, logos, documentation and related materials, remain the exclusive property of TecSpec Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.
 

Availability

TecSpec aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

Privacy

TecSpec processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
 

Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. TecSpec is not responsible for the availability, content or security of those services, and your use of them is subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.
 

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Subject to this, TecSpec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill arising from the use of the Platform. TecSpec's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TecSpec during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

TecSpec may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately where these Terms are breached, where continued access presents a legal, operational or security risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Changes

TecSpec may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
