Where you choose to declare or submit a setlist for royalty reporting, and where you have provided the necessary permissions, authorisations or declarations, TecSpec may securely share relevant setlist, performance and event information with performing rights organisations (PROs), collective management organisations, licensing bodies or other authorised industry partners for the purposes of repertoire matching, rights administration, royalty processing, reporting and related services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, enforce our agreements or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

TecSpec does not sell your personal information to third parties.
