These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TecSpec Limited platform, website, and related applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
TecSpec Limited (“TecSpec”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital tools that allow artists, venues, and tour professionals to create, share, and manage live event technical specifications. We operate with the highest standards of security, professionalism, and compliance across the live music industry.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TecSpec. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes. You may not reverse engineer, replicate, or commercially exploit any part of TecSpec’s software, design, or infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards or compromise service integrity.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, interface design, and trade dress, remain the exclusive property of TecSpec Limited. You retain ownership of any materials or data you upload but grant TecSpec a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and process such materials solely for the provision of the service.
Payment and Subscription
TecSpec operates on a paid subscription model. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription features and rates may change, and users will be notified of material adjustments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Data Protection
We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Personal data is used solely to operate and enhance the Platform. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Service Availability and Liability
TecSpec strives for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous uptime or freedom from technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecSpec disclaims all implied warranties and limits total liability to the amount paid by you within the twelve months preceding a claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction is exclusively vested in the courts of England.
